Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Award Primed collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the website, create an account, use opportunity-scanning and pursuit-management features, collaborate with a team, or purchase a subscription.

Award Primed is a commercial software service and is not a government agency. Government opportunity and award information displayed in the service may originate from public sources such as SAM.gov.

2. Information we collect

Account and identity information

When you create or use an account, we may receive identifiers and account information from our authentication provider, including a user identifier, email address, authentication/session information, and information associated with invitations or team membership.

Business and company-profile information

You may provide information used to personalize government-contracting analysis, such as business or entity name, website, UEI/CAGE information, NAICS codes, certifications, capabilities, service areas, contract vehicles, clearances, employee count, business model, contract-value preferences, and past-performance narratives.

Product-use and workspace information

We store information you create or generate while using Award Primed, including scan history, saved opportunities, pursuit status and priority, notes, follow-up information, saved searches, project metrics and related project records, proposal-planning artifacts, custom proposal templates, assignments, team comments, invitations, activity history, usage counters, and related workspace configuration.

Connected-service information

If you choose to connect Salesforce or another supported service, Award Primed may store connected-organization and user identifiers, encrypted OAuth credentials, field mappings, record links, sync configuration, timestamps, and safe audit results needed to provide and secure the integration. Award Primed does not collect your Salesforce password.

Billing information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Award Primed may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, billing status, subscription status, billing period information, and similar account-entitlement information. Award Primed does not need to store your full payment-card number or card security code.

Technical information

Our hosting, security, authentication, and payment providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, session identifiers, security events, and service logs as necessary to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain Award Primed.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts, workspaces, invitations, and permissions.
• Match company profiles against public contracting opportunities and calculate Fit Scores or related decision-support outputs.
• Save searches, pursuits, notes, project records and metrics, proposal materials, assignments, and collaboration history.
• Send user-selected data to a customer-directed integration only after an authorized user initiates that action.
• Process subscriptions, synchronize billing status, enforce plan limits, and provide customer billing management.
• Detect abuse, investigate errors, protect the service, and maintain operational reliability.
• Communicate account, billing, security, or service information.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Automated analysis and government-contracting data

Award Primed may use rules, scoring systems, data analysis, and, where specifically enabled, artificial-intelligence features to help organize or evaluate public contracting information and information you provide. Outputs are decision-support tools, not guarantees or professional legal, accounting, procurement, or financial advice.

5. Service providers and sharing

We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf or are necessary to provide Award Primed. Current core categories include:

• Cloudflare for hosting, edge delivery, databases, security, and related infrastructure.
• Clerk for authentication, sessions, and account/invitation functions.
• Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, fraud controls, and customer billing management.
• Salesforce or another customer-directed integration only when an authorized user connects the service and explicitly chooses data to sync.
• Government/public data sources, such as SAM.gov, when Award Primed retrieves public contracting information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell your payment-card information, and we do not use full card data as an Award Primed application record.

6. Cookies, sessions, and local storage

Award Primed and its authentication/payment providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, session continuity, preferences, and application operation. Additional analytics or optional technologies, if introduced, may be described in an updated policy or applicable notice.

7. Data retention

We retain account and workspace information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service, and enforce agreements. Plan-specific product features may expose different activity-history windows. Backup, security, billing, or compliance records may persist for longer periods where reasonably necessary.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated access, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, encryption of supported connected-service OAuth credentials at rest, and restricted handling of sensitive payment credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and requests

You may update certain account and company-profile information through Award Primed. Billing details and payment methods may be managed through Stripe's customer portal when enabled. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the customer-support contact published by Award Primed or associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

10. Children's privacy

Award Primed is a business software service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly design the service to solicit personal information from children under 13.

11. U.S. operations and cross-border processing

Award Primed is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to their applicable safeguards and legal obligations.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Award Primed evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service, website, or other reasonable means. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
